Nike’s new Phantom soccer cleat collection replaces the Magista silo. This new cleat line is designed for offensive players who need support and stability to execute explosive runs and kicks. Flyknit construction

The Flyknit construction also uses three layers of material on the forefoot to provide a lightweight, breathable feel.
Hybrid cleat configuration
The Blue Phantoms cleat configuration employs hybrid cleats that combine wedge-shaped and conical cleats for optimum ball control. This cleat is the successor to the popular Nike Phantom GT soccer cleat. Its design also incorporates an asymmetrical lacing system and split stud pattern configuration for heightened pace and control. Various cleat configurations are available, including a firm-ground version and a firm-ground version.
This hybrid configuration features lots of texturing for an enhanced feel on the ball. The raised area is intended to add control, while the outer space is more subtle. The texture defines the ball and is similar to the CTR360. However, the pattern feels less distinct outside of the triangle.
A unique feature of the Blue Phantoms is the design of its lacing system. It is inspired by the Mercurial’s split sole design, but the instep soleplate has been eliminated for a more “free” sensation. The plan also features rotational blades under the significant toe region, which provide maximum support to the foot while allowing quick acceleration.
